SNIP Thanks much for the detailed info on the safety switches Jim. I have a better understanding of how they are supposed to work now. Even though I feel fairly competent with wiring, every time I try to decipher the KLR wiring diagram, my eyes start to glaze over> The KLR safety switches are designed to protect us from ourselves.

Now I know exactly how to bypass those switches once and for all.
