Stick-on weights work just fine. MUCH easier than wrapping solder.!!! Some
of the really old cars had threaded studs installed at intervals around the
rim, over which one slipped lead washers, followed by a nut to secure the
washers in place. I don't know if it worked better enough to warrant the
effort of mounting the studs, however.
