Well, since "LF" means "Left Front", no it's not normal. You must have the world's only four wheel drive TC. Sorry, I couldn't resist. Assuming you meant to write "LR", it's not unusual. All things being absolutely perfect it shouldn't happen, but things are seldom absolutely perfect. It just means there is more restance to rotation on the right side than on the left side, so the differential action speeds up the left wheel RPM an amount equal to the amount the right wheel is slowed down. Probably the brakes are adjusted slightly tighter on the right side.
