Gene, The last time I went looking for 4.50 x 19 tubes with offset stems, the only place I found them was: Wallace W. Wade Specialty Tires P.O. Box 560906 Dallas, Texas 75356 Phone: 1 (800) 666-8973 or (214) 688-0091 They were most cooperative and helpful, and the price was reasonable. Be sure to ask for a copy of their catalog; they carry an amazing range of out-of-the-ordinary tires and related stuff!!
