More stuff 4 sale

Post by joecurto@aol.com » Wed Sep 26, 2001 6:00 am

I have unearthed some TC parts I wish to sell. Please contact me off list. for more info. 1 Rear shock MGTC with link, looks ok on outside but I can see rust inside, has die cast fill cover. 1 Standard brake drum 1 Luggage rack type that mounts over spare tire, peeling chrome, but all brackets and supports are there, a project to restore but would provide good pattern if you had tube bending ability. 6 engine cylinder sleeves probably TF 1500 size thick walled for wet sleeving Large assortment of TC steering box castings, some worms, some sector shafts. 1Marshall-Nordac A 75 supercharger (not Argentine one) needs rebuilding None of this stuff will be expensive so don't be shy. I am cleaning up I have a shorrock supercharger manifold for what appears to be a Pre-war 4 cylinder engine, this is smaller than a "P" type cylinder head, maybe J or M, may not even be MG. I also have a crusty MG steering wheel its hub is the same as to the type fitted to a TA, it is a four spoke "banjo" type wheel similar to a Bluemels Brooklands BUT it is not a Bluemals .The rim is a rubber like material, it needs reworking, it would be a unique wheel for the right car/person. Fellows I have a one pair of very nice steel cycle fenders 4 sale as well as some old and used Brooklands racing screens, they are pretty early as the glass is thin and they have a very nice friction wing nuts ( much nicer than the stuff of today's ) I am missing the pedestals which mount them to the cowl, they could use a bit of polish and I think the chrome will clean up nicely. If any interest contact me off list Joe
