Please REMOVE me of the list.
After three days of quarrel I have had it.
NOW we have a bunch of stupid E-mails, about 6 a day.

At the risk of another "stupid E-mail", my concern compels me to make this observation regarding the below post to the list. Having searched the recent prior mail in an effort to discover what had upset the member in Large Merd, Holland, I could find nothing objectionable. Stan TC2569 & 7382

If you're gonna tattle, TATTERY@aol.com , get the authors right. The below message you ascribe to skurzet@msn.com was in fact authored by rblmmantel@hetnet.nl I only replied to the message. If I get flamed because of this, I'll send you 10 megabytes of pictures of my '48 C and turn you green with envy. Reinoud, You obviously have the right to drop out of the TABC group at any time, and for any reason you choose. However, I submit to you that you are doing YOURSELF a real disservice in leaving us. You are cutting YOURSELF off from a RICH source of expertise and information !! You are also cutting the rest of us off from whatever good questions and information YOU might contribute to the common good !! I must admit that at times our TABC communication descends to a level of discussing minor points far too long (and perhaps in too much detail), and occasionally gets rather petty, even nasty. Although we are a very diverse group, we still share a strong inerest in our TABC cars, and have much to give each other, if only we as individuals can overlook some of the things which bother us. I urge you to stay with us, to use your "delete" function freely, and to contribute your experience and knowledge. The TABC list depends for its success on the willingness of its members to each ASK questions, OFFER solutions/suggestions, and above all to be tolerant of each other and each other's opinions. It seems to me that, by asking questions and offering comments, EVERY TABC MEMBER has the ability to affect both the direction and the tone of the discussions which take place within the list. When we fail to use that ability, and discussion takes a turn that we do not like, we have only ourselves to blame! I hope that you will not take offense at anything I've said, but I honestly feel that the departure of even one member diminishes a resource which I have found to be invaluable. Please reconsider your decison to withdraw. Regards, Carl Fritz TC # 6756 Gainesville, Florida

Reinoud, Don't go! The fun is just starting. This list has fabulous value. There are 10 good emails for every 'bad' one. Just remember Germany and Britain fought two world wars and you and I, and everyone on the list can still be friends! Just keep reading the feuding emails. Don't get angry and when you start to find them FUNNY you will know your English is perfect!! By the way the Yanks enjoy beating up us Brits too, so you ought to get on great with them too.
