who writes - I purchased this car in 1958. In its present specification,
the car is one of three MGTC Specials which competed in Australia in the
1960's. The car is now detuned (but can still achieve 100mph) and road
registered, but still occasionally competes in the less strenuous (the driver is
73) events

The Vintage MG Car Club of Chicago visited this "museum" some years back. It is an amazing collection of old cars and memorabilia.  At that time none was for sale.  Couple hundred cars parked next to each other with no room between.  A must see video!
