A die cast pump, It's hard to tell exactly where the leaks coming from but seems to be from the gasket flange and not the diaphram side.

Mike, You haven't told us where the the leak was. Was it a brass based pump or a die cast pump?

Did you check the filter on the bottom of the pump?  If that is clear you need to do a step by step system approach. 1 - make sure there is fuel in the tank, 2 - pull the line from the pump to the carbs and see if it is pumping fuel to there.  If so you may have stuck needles in carbs.
