A die cast pump, It's hard to tell exactly where the leaks coming from but seems to be from the gasket flange and not the diaphram side.

All I can say is God Bless The Internet and long may it reign! There are troubles of course and tons of garbage, harmful and not so harmful, just a nuisance, but we all know we would be lost without it. I am a telecom engineer and have worked the internet and related telecommunications connectivity since its early inception, and knowing just how complex the network(s) are helps to explain the explainable. Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag and smile, smile, smile. \\ Dennis Nelson Manssas, VA

It is very simple, there are organisations scanning, coping, reading, controlling our mails. It is like immigration control line in the air port. May be the one far behind you in que getting out first after control. You do not have to believe stupid me.The speed of Internet connection and the type of connection and the place of your access  also plays a role. It is similar to motor ways, country road and private roads. The weather also plays a role. Munich October beer festival is very big fun. But the pick picketers and and many other crooked people are also present there, because they have more chance to get a pray. Same with Internet. Lot of cheering happening here. Did you check the filter on the bottom of the pump?  If that is clear you need to do a step by step system approach. 1 - make sure there is fuel in the tank, 2 - pull the line from the pump to the carbs and see if it is pumping fuel to there.  If so you may have stuck needles in carbs. Keep going through the system one step at a time.   Ed   In a message dated 5/21/2016 2:55:39 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, mg-tabc-noreply@yahoogroups.com writes:
[color=#000000]  Hi,  Sounds like you could be sucking air buddy!  Easier for the pump to pull air than liquids. This sounds stupid but is there enough fuel in the tank? Check conections. If you have fuel and no leaks then you could have pump issues but from my location hard to diagnose. Chip Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE smartphone
