Hood frames

I've found 3 on the outside here in Cape Town and none on the inside. 2 belong to me and the frames are unchanged from new. If you look at the frame when opened, the foremost section that screws onto the wooden piece over the screen hard against the rivet spacer when fully open. If the front section were on the inside this would not happen and the structure would not function correctly when opened. Cheers Viv
