Thanks Norm.I am space challenged, and have to move stuff all the time to get a bike out, or move bikes to get stuff out/off the shelves the bikes are parked up against. Way to much huffing and puffing and scraping and scratching. sigh. In airplanes, we call the resulting damage, hanger rash...on a KLR not so important other than the time it takes. What a great gadget.I am concerned that the aft wheels mounted to a cantilever of wood will not last very long. The front chock must be studied carefully. I also see there would be a difference for a 3.0 front tire and a 3.25 (which I use) as well as the difference between a Kenda 270 and a D606 for width.He has a couple of nice features where the front and rear wheel have their own little mini choc that you ramp over.What I see in this, you could easily put 4 bikes in the space of 2.75 or 3 footprints. martinearl.

I am space challenged, and have to move stuff all the time to get a bike out, or move bikes to get stuff out/off the shelves the bikes are parked up against.  Way to much huffing and puffing and scraping and scratching. sigh. In airplanes, we call the resulting damage, hanger rash...on a KLR not so important other than the time it takes. What a great gadget. I am concerned that the aft wheels mounted to a cantilever of wood will not last very long. The front chock must be studied carefully.  I also see there would be a difference for a 3.0 front tire and a 3.25 (which I use) as well as the difference between a Kenda 270 and a D606 for width. He has a couple of nice features where the front and rear wheel have their own little mini choc that you ramp over.
