bells , i got 'em

Post by Lee Dodge » Mon Jan 07, 2013 11:25 pm

I didn't realize or should I say notice M/C with bells but quite some time ago when I quit backpacking in the Sierras I took the 2 small crude tin bells of my Back Pack (Bear bells) and installed them on the rails of my KLR's Pannier framework. I make no claims about but the facts are . . . I haven't had a Bear problem with 'em on there. I guess that's somethin' [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

No elephants or unicorns for thousands of miles (except in the unicorn zoos, of course). I guess it works.

They work for unicorns, I see them running in terror when ever I show up. But, the pink elephant still hangs around. ;-)

OK Now!!!, you are being just plain silly!!!! Hannibal used Elephants to cross MANY RIVERS AND MOUNTAINS, ............... Hence, Elephants would be more of a DUAL SPORT animal, therefor A FAN, IF NOT THE INSPIRATION of the KLR650......So you do not have to worry about Elephants.
