I have a leak in the Fins of my 09 KLR 650, can I just put JB weld or something on the affected area to stop the leak?

If it's a leak in a metal portion, they may be able to solder or braze it. If it's in the plastic, probably not, but there may be something to bond it (probably not). Others may have other advice.... Not an easy application. Gas tank pressure stress is basically the height of the gas, which is what, one psia? Intake manifolds suck, so you are sucking the patch into the leak. Much easier that way.
