Hey All (just an FYI)
I went in for a new starter Bendix gear, for the Riding mower, I just picked up yesterday, While there I asked the Tech. 30 or 40 wieght?
He said NEVER 40, it has polymers (Plastic's) that will melt or burn under high temp's lie small engines create.
Maybe I missed it in old threads, or do to the kind of oil we use in bikes it never came up.
So just an FYI

oil thread again!!!???? (non?? bike)
Well, Briggs' manual specs Xw-30, so I would go with that.
As far as "plastics", I would be willing to bet he may be a little misinformed. I spend a lot of time over on bobistheoilguy.com, and I've never seen any article that says that.

bike for there posers HD show so they banned anything that didnt look
like a motorcycle in their eyes.
The bike fit laying on its side. It is a Suzuki GN125. Well, was.
