I would advise figuring a route which allows you pay a Kawasaki shop to check the valves at the proper mileage (2007 is 500 miles). Although you can do it yourself, I would say not to do it in a motel parking lot with only the stock tool kit. That won't work. I would say do not skip that check. Robert Wichert P.Eng. I'm Looking at bring in the rear blinkers so I can raise the side cases. Who has aall ready done it and what lights did you find that you liked?? Buell OEM turn signals. About $14 each, nearly indestructible, and bright. They are likely to be in stock at your local Harley dealer. I took a different approach as I wanted the blinkers to still be visible from the side. Still the stock blinkers, but now they're extended 7 inches rearward sitting in pieces of aluminum stock longer wires, of course. Bogdan, who's advising you not to overdo Friday happy hour .then again.
