[bulk] [dsn_klr650] no power over 4k

for now those boots are only a pain... just wait till they're
10 or 15 or 30 years old like my 78 z1r... they are way past pain and
damn near impossible to get them back in without having one pinched. can
you send a pic of that tool you were describing?
