Hi guys!
Have anyone found any sites on intenet holding video of klr
maintainance/mods/etc learning stuff.
I have searched the net but never found any site holding any video on
the klr.

I'm not sure that you're going to find much in the way of video's, except
for Jay's valve adjustment. You might check my website, which has a bunch of

09' handlebar mods

A couple of thoughts:
I have not personally seen a GEN 2 handlebar with the grips off; but 1. I would imagine a progressive or stepdrill bit would change the threaded end to a hollow handle bar in just seconds.
The other thing to consider,
2. finding the right bolt size and screwing it dircetly into the OEM fastener/attaching the barkbuster to that threaded fastener that is welded to the bar. That actually would be stronger than screwing a steel bolt into an aluminum plug furnished with the barkbuster.
I suspect the 'barkbuster' bolt might even be the right size, but you might want to shorten it up with a hacksaw.
3. The plug in the end of the bar could also be rethreaded for a larger bolt, as necessary.
