You have to have good luck mermaids zip tied to your handlebar crossbar to ward off evil spirits. A friend had a plastic rat zip tied to his....but that didn't work. Also, don't ride for a week if you get a fortune cookie from a Chinese restaurant that says bad things might happen (heh).
