Saw a brand new all black KLR today! Just loved the look! Wish my '08 was like that! Michael

I agree completely with all the reasons to switch. For switching to Lithium, I would also add "lighter and room for tire tubes". My KLR also takes naps. I have to encourage it to get up. This can be difficult, at times, on slopes and like that. IMPORTANT DISCOVERY How to make you KLR much, much lighter: Eliminate the gas tank.
