I'm due for a checkup on all my policies with my State Farm agent, but I've had 'em for decades because they may not be the cheapest but their service is fantastic. And my local agent is aces, wins "Best insurance agency" in the local weekly every year. And yes, I also hate the whole idea of insurance, and I think that if the govt is going to make me buy insurance, be it auto or health, they shouldn't be allowed to throw me to the mercy of a private, for-profit industry. No fault on auto insurance and single payer (MediCare for all) for health, that's the way to go.
