astonishingly good service
I ordered a clutch cable from Fred's website last night, thinking that with the Easter weekend, it might get shipped out as soon as Monday. This morning, I discovered an email notification, complete with a USPS tracking number, saying that the package has shipped.
Wow.
Thanks, Fred!
