I am new to this group, and am just doing the first tire change on my 06 KLR650 at 3k miles. After doing quite a bit of research, I chose Kenda K761 tires to replace the stock ones. I do almost all of my riding on the road, with occasional gravel roads. Took it off road once and found out its limitations real quick! Does anyone have any experience with these tires? What can I expect for mileage?

I've got 6500 miles on my rear, it's toast the front looks new 90% pavement. I've only had stock and 761's. I got 3500 on stock rear.

Thanks for everyone's input -- I've decided to go with Kenda K761's for my 2008 KLR650. While shopping for them, I noticed a wide range of pricing that I've listed below. The front is a 90/90-21 and the rear is a 130/80-17. Any thoughts on the pricing variances? Supplier Front Rear Ron Ayers Motorsports $43.26 $56.15 Bike Bandit 44.94 63.53 Motorcycle Superstore 54.99 70.99 KG Motorcycle Tires 60.24 71.30 TC ________________________________________ PeoplePC Online A better way to Internet http://www.peoplepc.com

The first thing that comes to mind is that those prices can't really be compared unless you know how much the shipping is.
