I wonder if the screws aided in the securement process? Here's the story
that goes with it:

*The ATV was secured with a significant amount of rope even though it
did not look like it. ***
*The driver was allowed to proceed in the breakdown lane for a few more
miles in order to get home. "*
Story is from a state internal newsletter, so not just an internet rumor.
