I don't need this HT center stand because I'm already using one my '09.
VERY happy with it, so if you're considering getting one, you'll be happy grabbing Robert's unit (LOL)!

'12 klr at washington dc motorcycle show

Saw the '12 at the show today. As usual, the Kawa reps were useless--no tech knowledge at all. I cannot understand why Kawa sends mopes to these shows; they don't even do a good job of selling the bikes. I've seen this over and over.
It looks much the same as the '11, except the entire frame is black. Very cool looking, if you're partial to the color. Almost no silver on the bike at all. The tank on the two I saw was black, with the color coming from the fairings. Multiple colors available, as usual. List is $6300.
IMO, the coolest looking KLR ever. I might even trade in my '09 for one!
