recent oil change results

Almost all KLRs will rapidly change freshly changed oil from its original golden honey color to a brownish-black. New ones do it. Old ones do it. Color of motor oil is not necessarily an indicator of anything wrong. ...Unless the sight window is crystal clear. In that case, you probably forgot to refill it. That's not good. Later that same day I ended up taking a 50 mile ride.Round trip 100 miles. It was hiway miles where I normally cruise at 70 mph or so.RPM's probably never went over 5000 at any point of the ride. The next day I looked in the sight window to confirm the oil level. The oil appears to be black. After 100 miles?I have over 45,000 miles (completely stock motor) on the bike & for the most part I have used this oil exclusively.Any one else ever see this?
