klr "survival box"/ rare lock box 8x12?

Small and odd shape to put what?
That said Nice creative work.
I added a LOCK Box to the cargo plate, set it back just beyond to KLR's tool box, so it can still be gotten to AND since I carry a strap-on rear bag it sets IT back about 4 more inchs and that helps alot for sitting space when the camping, ect. gear is loaded.
I used the original bolt holes But with (3/4?) longer allen head bolts, (and washer for strength.
The Lock is facing forward, it may be a touch harder to get at loaded with camping gear BUT, it is not so Obvious it is a LOCK BOX Avoiding temption, and not as visable at a quick glance.
Extra tools, batteries, Gun when in transport mode, (LEGAL) or when I do not want it on me, swimming etc.
You can only find this EXSTREAMLY RARE!!, Box at, Walmart, target, Homedepot, ETC ETC ETC. at the high cost of................$15. (+-)
A simple cash box, Fits the back just right, just toss the plastic cash section that lifts right out.
John B. has seen it. (J. add your Honest Opinion here. Yay, nay, ok)
I plan to modifiie the bolts so it will be an easy 1minute removel (&R) this winter.
Pic's soon as I learn how to put picture attachments on my E's.
