The most useful thing to me was to change my 04 headlight bulb setup to HID. It saves much juice esp. since I was running an extra 70 watt light also.
LED taillight will help a little but unless you regularly forget to turn off your blinkers, blinkers to LED won't get you much.
Your post07 already comes with a lot of juice and I have not seen more than 280 watt unit.
