1st. the KLR, I was getting off a LOADED! KLR, (tent, Etc.) and thought the ground would hold, OOP'S as I stepped onto the left peg and swung my leg over the load, it sank in and before I could get my fett solid, the handlebar hit the ground.
Lucky while in Seatle John installed the piece to move the mirror, Not sure if it would have broken, But didn't/don't have to either. (thanks John)
Non klr but bike pic's,: I REALY REALY was looking forward to sended them out because words will not fully help you understand what made Me laugh for days.
I will send what I got soon. ( I should have followed for how every many miles untill he stopped, so I could ask him about it.
Here it goes.
I was riding along when I seen a bike (old 80's? silver wing??) only like you would see in Thia land, etc. Rigged to the max for hauling.
I slowed down and took a couple of pic's, just pointing and shooting but ended up with just half the front tire, part of the back.
2.5-3 inch angle iron, (Alum.?) 10-11 ft.+- long? Bolted in a few places, running from about 2 1/2 ft Behind the bike to In front, of the front tire, with brackets going up,
and a little back porch with a cooler, at rear axle level, and a 6-8 inch deep 2 1/2ft +- wooden box, mounted behind the passenger seat, (where we have a luggage plate, tools.) and More angle coming up from near the rear axle to support the boxs.
Nothing abouve the front tire, but looked like it is ready for something that goes there.
Large PIZZA anyone??
