Every problem presents an opportunity to change things for the better. The problem we have is that our traditional Fall Trip lodging, Sunrise Landing in Northport, cannot accommodate us this year. So we will be staying at some other location, to be announced, and your Fall Trip planning committee is already checking out some new locations. Be assured that we will still travel the scenic roads of Michigan s west coast, and will likely change up the route a bit for some more new and interesting roads and vistas. As always, we will be limited in the number of people we can accommodate, and we are asking for prepaid reservations which will assure you of a place to sleep. We begin taking reservations at the September monthly meeting. You can also pay by check or Paypal to the RIDE national office, see the RIDE website for details. We are asking $45 to be paid with the reservation. If lodging costs less than this (as it has in the past) we will either refund the difference or apply it to meal costs..and yes, we are still figuring out the food portion of this as well. Getting a count of participants early will be very important to us this year. Please help us out by responding ASAP. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
