looking at klr650 tonight...

Your economy of words has me confused. Has the clutch issue been fixed with the replacement? Clutch slippage would be apparent when the engine rpms rapidly increase without much forward movement of the bike. "Not pulling full power when warm" seems unrelated to the clutch but we need more info. Does the bike pull OK when using the choke (cold start)? After the choke is off, do the engine rpms seem to plateau when running up through the gears (might be carb diaphragm)? Although I've changed my spark plug during the 30K miles I've had my '06 KLR, it showed very little wear but a new plug eliminates a potential problem. As you can see, more info will help us help you. Don R100, A6F

Anyone else heard of this ?? > > Cheers > > Graeme >
