<><><><><><> <><><><><><> Jamie, I don't see specs in the factory or Clymer manuals. I recall it's either 15 or 18 foot lbs. I'd probably start at 15 and go to 18 if there was a leak. Using the general torque specs (for fasteners that do not have a specification), an 8mm thread diameter shows 14 ft-lb, according to my Clymer manual. It's Kawa part number 23005, "BODY-COMP-HEAD LAMP", $30 at BikeBandit. Anyone got a spare one? It's the metal frame around the headlight lens, to which is mounted the lens, adjuster screw and bolt, etc. The flange where the vertical adjuster bolt attaches is cracked through, as though someone (not me this time, I swear) tried to force the headlight up or down without loosening the adjuster bolt. I'd buy it, or trade you a Kisan Tailblazer (brand new), a Signal Dynamics BackOff (never opened), my first-born daughter, or other stuff... -JWF
