engine slow to start - reply to contributors

Hi Fred, I think I need to clarify, at present it's gravity feed that is metered by a vacuum tube from the carburator controling a diaphragm in the petcock. I'm going to remove the diaphagm and plug off the vacuum tube. Thus making it gravity feed only.
