I figured it was already fused. What I do know is that my kit didnt have enough ground wire to reach anything but the TURN SIGNAL ground. Big mistake. Everytime I turn on my right blinker, the power to the light blinks on and off. This makes my gps go ceazy beeping, and stopped my phone from xharging until I turned it off. It happens after I've ridden it down the highway a few miles at around 70mph. I'm using a 14 tooth front gear so the RPM's about 5000 at that speed. I'm at 6000+ but I've been double that and then some so I don't think that's it. > > I've replaced the fuel line, the plug is pretty new and the air filter's clean. > > Could somebody suggest a few items I might want to check? While some come with a built in fuse the ones I get for myself and have installed for several others do not. many outlets covers are more plastic, and the hinge tab breaks after while, also not very water tight. I buy mine at "West Marine", the also have locking tabs so the vibration will not keep seperating the plug from the outlet. --- On Wed, 7/20/11, David Bowden < clickrebel@... > wrote: From: David Bowden < clickrebel@... > Subject: Re: [DSN_KLR650] 12 v cig lighter To: "Aureo Melgoza" < melgoza71@... > Cc: " DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com " < DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com > Date: Wednesday, July 20, 2011, 11:05 AM I dont know about fuses if you use the city lights power.
