seat sculpting?

Success! A friend who does auto interiors helped me sculpt the Kawa gel seat front end so I can sit comfortably far forward (nearly on top of the gas tank). The gel is buried under !" or more of medium density foam. The foam was easy to trim using an electric knife (just like in the old days). This project was much easier than I'd expected and feared. I just installed Fred's ATO fuse kit and now the headlight comes on with the bike ignition in the off position. Any ideas why the headlight would turn on without the key switched to the on position after the installation? Help???

Sounds like you have your wires crossed....Make sure one fuse (batt) has the 2 white wires going to it and the other fuse (ign) has the blue/white and red wires going to it.
