running problems

Appears fuel issue.
I would check the vac line going to the petcock first, then make sure the petcock is working.
No fuel filters installed right ?
Also clean out the gas cap vent to be sure.
Any issues with running condition when it got put away last fall ?
Running bad after warming up could mean tight valves also.
Couple random thoughts.
