(Just called and confirmed that with the repair shop where I hang out.) There are four in that application. When installing an aftermarket fork brace, four short of M7 all thread rod are provided to help pull everything up/together while installing the actual installation bolts, which are longer than stock. If your local Honda m/c dealer has done one of these installations, they *might* have the original M7 bolts around. If not, you could always order some. They are about an inch or so long. If you needed shorter ones, they could always be cut down. I do not know the thread pitch of those bolts, however.
