Their sales dept told me about that tire about a year and a half ago, said it was "coming soon". Glad to see it has come 'round. It looks like it would be just what I'm looking for. If you need something between the 270 and the 761, that looks to be your tire. I love my 761s, and I'd like to have better off-road-ability... but a 270 is just not suited to high-speed freeways. Quick search of the 130/80/17 should be able to get for about $80 but the size is backordered. There's a fellow on the Versys site who builds, then rides, AWESOME dirt bikes based on the Versys or Ninja 650, and on his latest he's using Kenda "Big Blocks". If it's the same compound used on the 761, It does quite welln (I hope it is). Have to be a little conservative in the rain, but otherwise I can drag pegs without issue. However low it is, it will be more than enough for my needs. Even the much-despised K270 has always given me enough traction on the street.
