nklr - gps recommendations

Post by Jim Fortner » Thu Mar 10, 2011 11:40 am

The 60 series have a double helical wound antenna? Very handy for poor reception areas with heavy tree or building cover. The Oregon and other touch screens are very cool. But can be very slow acquiring signal from what I've witnessed geocaching with other cachers and the complaints I've seen posted. And hopefully the screen doesn't de-laminate. This gets Garmin touch screen users really hot.
