klr tie downs

I had 2 SV650s with bar end mirrors. I'd have to remove them to use the
Canyon Dancer strap. Same for any KLR with aftermarket hand guards that
wrap all the way around. One would at least have to remove the bar end
bolts to slide the nylon sleeve over the grip to use the tie down. Not a
deal breaker by any means. Just a detail.
As for tying down a Gold Wing or K bike: At the shop, I've seen folks use
nylon loop soft ties slung around the forks above the lower triple clamp.
Honda ships the GL with the bike chocked and tied down at the crash bars.
