I have made a couple changes to our list. First, Attachments will no longer be accepted unless anyone can convince me how this is beneficial and will work for the whole list. Secondly I have turned off the Spam Filter since there seems to be an inordinate amount of list members getting filtered out by this filter. I don t see much or any real Spam posts in this folder but if we do start seeing any Spam messages, I will turn this filter back on. If you have a photo to send to the list, put it in the Photo Section and send the address as a link to the list. If you have something of a non-KLR specific nature, put NKLR in the subject line so that anyone not wanting to read anything but KLR specific posts will have a way to filter out those posts. I too have found no easy way to search for the folks near me (far northern California coast: Arcata, Humboldt County).
