I used a heavy duty euro fuel injection hose then plugged the fuel hose with a bolt that fit tightly then used a heavy duty cable tie(you can even use a small hose clamp or a metal cable tie) to make sure that it never comes out. Heavy duty euro fuel injection hose usually goes over 100,000 miles under high pressure; so with no real pressure, it should last forever--or longer than your KLR will ever last. Jeffrey #3
