#ygrps-yiv-1039520849 p {margin:0;}Keeping gas on, dragging the rear brake and slipping the clutch is a perfectly valid and very useful way to perform low-speed maneuvers. I do it all the time. With practice you can get amazing low-speed control, especially when the road (or trail) gets really hairy.
Does it wear the brakes? Yup. Does it really hurt anything? Nope.
You oughta try it.

Looks much harder to wheelie than a KLR. I was thinking of getting one but the passenger seat setup is less comfy than the KLR's so why have such a big bike?
