troubleshooting missing when hot

Group,
I had been chasing a misfire when hot for about a month. I went through all the info in Clymer and on the KLR FAQ site. No relief. When reinstalling my spark plug I noticed that I could just minutely move the electrode tip. I removed the spark plug again and sure enough the input electrode was just barely loose. I worked it a little and was able to unscrew it from the ceramic insulator.
You guessed it, bad spark plug. I replaced it with a new one and all is fine.
Symptoms were misfiring when hot (above 100 degrees air temperature). Low speed hesitation and the exhaust had a funny unburnt fuel smell occasionally.
Hope this info helps someone sometime.
