2" hole saw to the back of the muffler. Take out the apparently restrictive spark arrester. Insert a piece of screen. Attached end cap from my old TTR250. Looks good, sounds good.

Best I could ever figure out the spark arrester is deep inside.
That pref tube, that no doubt formally had fiberglass around it was to get EPA noise down, I screwdrivered the bottom seam, spread it open 1/4" or so a much a I could and rev'd bike to watch fiberglass fly out.
Post a pic in the photos section online here, end cap that points down would be nice I think, just to keep rain out if bike is sitting outside caught in the rain.
