I did mine, too, and they stopped great, but then wouldn't release all the
way in the front, after a while.
Maybe thats what you've got , too.
I had to take mine off again and apply some "brake grease"
around the outside edges of the pads and on the pins.
Don't get it on the surface of the pads or the rotor.
Suspending the wheel off the ground, you should be able to spin it by hand,
then stop it with the lever, then spin it again easily.
Brake grease was 75 cents down at autozone. It comes in a "ketchup" package.
1 packet is enough to do front and back.
