This must be the same bulb I sell that is distributed by Studebaker.  It plugs in where your stock bulb goes and is a complete light.  Very bright LEDs and attracts attention like no other light I know of.  It has an adjustable flash rate.  It comes from the factory set to flash for a few seconds when you put on the brakes and then a constant bright brake light.  It uses less current than your stock 1157 bulb too.  I have not had any failures with this LED brake light.  I guess the first time you use your brakes with this LED light and your tail-gater backs off, then I'd say it was worth it at around $50. I bought a set of Shinko 705s to try next tire change on my KLR, instead of the K270s I've been running. Ed

May just go with a Kenda K270 again, but have run across a local who carries Shinko. Can anyone share experience on these?? I forget which specific dual sport model it was, but the picture looks (suspiciously) almost identical to the K270 pic. > > The price looks comparable, almost makes me wonder if they are indeed one and the same, just rebranded?? > > thanks guys and gals, > ride safe, todd in chaska, A16. >
