Here in Minnesota, 10% gasahol is mandated. My KLR and other bikes run fine on it, although my gas mileage improves a little when I fill up in Wisconsin.

#ygrps-yiv-1461848767 p {margin:0;}So you're saying I should be running my KLR on hydrogen?
Based upon a quick run of the calculator I should get around 114HP out of my thumper if i do!
Where do I sign up?

Yeah, well, density is an issue too. A tank of hydrogen is just a bit less than a tank of gas.
But liquid hydrogen, well, THAT'S a different story.

Ya, what he said! If you are not comfy on it then spend $12 to stack two together. Being able to wipe the water off them with a shamwow helps too and if you use them to change a tire in the woods and get it all greezy just toss it and buy another one.
