Any KLR riders in So Cal thinking about riding down there?
I'm considering throwing my camping gear on the back and heading down there Friday, hanging out for the race on Saturday,and riding home on Sunday.
It's a 600+ mile round trip for me...

Happy Trails has a great special on Teton aluminum panniers
$599. plus shipping--includes all hardware to get going.
My problem is whether to get the 7 !/2 or 9 inch wide.
What better suits the KLR?
Any ideas or experience will be helpful.
