I used to ride wheelies like that. No I am not bragging, well maybe a little, I had a DR400, and a souped up XT500 that I road wheelies on. Wheelies over 1/2 mile long were common place. I even passed a car one time with a bunch of young guys in it (I was 24 at the time) I have also hit the pavement at 50+ mph. Not a pleasant thing. If I hit the ground like that now days, it would be a major crisis. Now days if the front end of the KLR gets more than 3 feet off the ground, I poop a little. I do miss having the coordination, skill and guts to show off. Rick A17
