Wife and kids are fine, I have a ton of stuff to sell, the bike is running good on the new oil, battery and trying to find sources to replace to *DOOHICKEY*. I have attached (25) 250K photos hope it does not slow anyone down! Lastly my little one played a Squirrel in the school play on Friday night!

Funny !   I assume you disagree that this should be a KLR only subject site. If so i agree. I have learned a lot about fellow posters here from slightly personal postings.  Sorry Rick, there's just no room for NKLR post here, it is either pure KLR or banishment for life. When I go to a KLR event and some dork starts talking about something other than KLRs, I become so discusted; leave the personal drival at home. Nothing worse than two days of KLR fellowship and some idiot wants to tell me about his family, or some corny crap like that, just valuable time that could have been spent talking about our KLRs. About 2 weeks ago I was riding (my Versys)on a 2-lane hwy at 55 mph, keeping good distance on the cars ahead, when I got a bug splattered onto my face shield (rather unusual in AZ, bugs that is). I decided to wipe it off with my gloved finger, then looked right as I flicked it off to ensure the glove didn't have any bug-guts on it. I looked back up to see that the line of cars was coming to a stop and grabbed a HANDFUL of front brake, locking the wheel for about 5 feet before I moderated to un-lock it (went back later to inspect the skid-mark...) with the attendant SCREECH, and the fear that I was gonna lose it and go down (I am always ATGATT, BTW), a VERY sickening feeling! I swerved left to pass the now-stopped cars and thanked God that I hadn't hit the last car or gone down, or not had an escape on the left WITHOUT A HEAD-ON...! Wish I had ABS.... Ed
