klr photo attachments.

It's way simple and most computers have it: Open a photo in "Paint". Click "Image" at the top of the screen then the stretch/skew option. By entering a number less than 100 in the two stretch fields, you can produce a photo of a desired size in seconds. Save it under a different name (I put a B after the original name) and it's ready to email. On average, a picture of one panel size in Paint will come in under 100k easily. eddie

These attachments can be controlled by the individual, but please don't do that at this time, Fred and I are working on making changes that will not allow individual changes, with the control bestowed on the moderator only. Just because you are a member of this group doesn't mean you should have control over what you can and cannot download. Please be patient, this is good change, you will like it, it is something the majority  wants and is needed. TK
